@Louis ☕️ I thought nothing was not like other companies and takes user feedback seriously

I just tagged Carl to let him know how serious this UPI issue is and so far no one has not commented about it nor fixed it even though many users are facing this issue

I have already raised bug report through feedback in settings and didn’t get any proper response

I don’t understand why you people are giving strike warnings even though the issue is genuine and need to be fixed asap

Iam really disappointed by your action by threatening users like this

I have been part of many tech communities in the past and hasn’t received any warnings like this

DileepM Firstly, before posting anything on this community I would advise you read through the Nothing Community Guidelines & Code of Conduct, which are set out to ensure everyone is following the same procedures when creating posts. Within here, you’ll find why you received a warn ☺

I appreciate you, and other users, have raised issues around this and rest assured it will be received by the team. The team are working behind the scenes on lots of things right now, and in some instances, you will not receive a direct response because they are far too busy - It doesn’t mean they are ignoring you or anything raised 👍

      Louis ☕️

I have gone through the guidelines multiple times and haven’t found any rule or guideline which I have violated

Could you highlight the point if any

There is a bug that payment apps not working and we need to restart the phone sometimes it’s may be a serious issue because of the urgency pls do anything with the new update

      SridharR

There is nothing mentioned in the community guidelines like we shouldn’t tag

Only they have mentioned is don’t tag unnecessary

They are thinking this issue is unnecessary something like that

I don’t understand whats wrong in tagging

Instead of giving us strike warnings

These people should have addressed about this issue that we will escalate this or something like that

Iam really disappointed by this kind of behaviour from nothing staff

DileepM The warning does not imply that your issue is unecessary, but tagging the mod/team is. Any issues need to be communicated and reported in the correct manner. If your issue is urgent it is likely that the relevant people have already seen it. Our guidelines also state that if something is urgent you should flag the post.

In future please use this method along with other means such as contacting the support team or reporting your issue via Settings > System > Feedback

        Thanks for the response

I have already raised the issue through the feedback tool and the response I got is take the phone to the nearest service centre

I don’t understand what the service center people can do about a software bug

I have seen number of users are facing the same issue

So in order to highlight the issue I have tagged Carl

I don’t know how the UPI network is outside the India in India we can’t even buy the groceries without the UPI this is serious issue that needs fixing asap

Getting logged out and banking apps not working questions the level of security the device is having

If this issue continue people like us will regret buying this device I have seen number of software issues with different brands but for the 1st time iam seeing UPI banking apps related issue

If we are not allowed to tag Carl or any one in the community at higher level there is not point in having community otherwise we can discuss about the issues in some other social media platforms where atleast we don’t receive warnings for giving the feedback and highlighting the issues

I am also facing the issue with UPI apps.. And the issue is not limited to the UPI based payment apps. Stock investment apps like Sharekhan, Kotak Neo are not opening all in sudden after a week of installation, and the crude way to make them work is to uninstall & reinstall (force stop, cache clear, etc doesn’t work). When the issue occurs, Zerodha abruptly logs off multiple times in a day. It’s really frustrating to face these kind of blockers on day to day usage popular apps on a flagship smartphone. The positive word of mouth is essential for upcoming brands. After all the smart and hard effort, Nothing could create an impact and hope these blocking issues will be fixed on mission mode at rapid pace to unblock all your users.

SridharR Facing the same issue. Even mailed the Nothing team about this. No solution yet.

MananNegi I too mailed they suggested go to service centre they will do only flash not sure that will fix this issue.

              SridharR

Got the same response for me too

I think there would be no use taking it to the service center since it’s a software bug which can only be fixed through an update

Got an issue with paytm login also
Need to add rupay card for UPI but it was not asking for otp which i am receiving
I thought logging out and logging it again will help but now even i am not able to login
Firstly i thought it is an issue of application and fought with paytm care but it is working in my other phone without any issue
Restarting the phone didn’t help in my case

Hi @adbo can you please explain about your warning strike ?
Are you guys serious about something ?
Please read your community rule 5th which says avoid tagging and use flags. That’s why i have flagged my post.
Maybe this UPI issue doesn’t matter to you guys but it matter to us(consumers).
What’s the point to spend our hard earned money to these type of devices/companies while you guys are busy in striking/warning to community users instead of rectifying a simple and important bug ?

AbhisarChoudhary Rule 5 has been amended to make it clearer what type of things should be flagged. Issues relating to products and software should not be flagged. As always, OS feedback should be submitted in Settings > System > Feedback. If you’ve got an issue you’d like to discuss with Nothing, you should contact Support.
