I heard about the Beta 2 and as instructed installed the Beta 1 first. Since then my “Nothing launcher” is crashing. The notification drower worked so i wen into the settings app, updated to the Beta 2. Still the Nothing launcher did not work. So again i went in settings app through the notification drower/quick settings pannel and through the apps list i opened playstore and installed nova launcher. then set my default launcher to nova. I can use my phone 1 fully but the nothing launcher still does not work. hope you guys find a fix.

Edit: Fixed it by clearing all the data of the nothing launcher

Hello. After update to Beta 2, ” Charging rapidly" is no more for me. On Beta 1 there was no such problem. Also there are ghost slides on my second home screen to main home screen from time to time and it was there also on Beta 1.

Found beta 2 honestly quite similar to beta 1. Both very stable, very usable day to day, awesome job guys. Few issues I have seen though:

  • On the install of Beta 1 the Launcher crashed and I had to reset the phone. After reset all worked fine. Beta 2 install didn’t have that issue
  • Battery life is quite inconsistent, not always bad but seems to vary a lot day to day even with similar usage.
  • Glyph timer surely has to be added to Phone 1 using the charging indicator, increase the market reach of the feature! It also gives Nothing 100,000 new Phone 2 salespeople.
  • The Music widget tends to lose what was being played quite quickly. Would be nice for it hold artwork in memory for longer.

Can i get the download link for this ive tried looking for a solution to find out how to download it & there’s nothing showing up on “Update To Beta version" & im having issues with the nfc it’s says my update software version doesn’t support this. & Im every time i try looking for the download it just takes me in circles on the forum.

    I updated to beta 2 nothing phone 1 so my android version became 13

    Issues experienced in beta 2

    When using atmospheric effect wallpaper app crashes and changes wallpaper to default.

    Beta 2 is having lots of app freezing , lagging and crashing issues.

    Battery 🔋 sot is faulty.

    Camera and battery improvement should be top priority.

      Install from non-Beta OS versions:

      • You first need to install Open Beta 1 - Check here for instructions

      • Then, as above, navigate to Settings > System > System Update

      • Tap “Check for update” and follow the steps for installation of Open Beta 2

        Ive tried all of the options already & still no luck 🫤 followed every step every time i try installing the packet it’s say’s error, & there’s nothing on my Update to Beta Version.

          AAQIF BHAT Lag seen with atmospheric wallpaper seems to have been fixed with the latest update of nothing wallpaper….Update and see if it fixes for you too.
