I’m also running into this issue. I’ve sent an issue report via the NothingX app, but have not heard back yet.
I’m also frustrated because, I bought them on Amazon and returning them would be a major headache and fees etc.
Would love a solve for this because I absolutely love the Buds Pro!

I have managed to get the Buds Pro working again.
What I did:
- Unpair/forget the Buds Pro through the NothingX app
- With buds in the case, charge the case with buds still in
- close NothingX app
- Turn off Bluetooth on mobile phone
- Wait about 30mins
- Open Buds case and hold pair button, until white LED pulses
- this previously only returned the red LED, if this step doesn’t work, repeat prior steps.
- - it sometimes does not return white LED, at this point I held the pair button for about 1min, just because it seemed to help.
- While LED is pulsing, turn on bluetoth on mobile phone
- Go to bluetooth setting on mobile phone scan for devices
- Select and pair with Buds Pro (still in mobile phone bluetooth setting)
- Pair and complete setup
- Return to NothinX app
- Buds Pro should now be visible and functional as before issue
If these steps do not work for you, please highlight at which step it does not do as I have listed here - I’ll try and assist where posible.
I hope this helps anyone who faces a similar issue - I love these buds and assume they are as loved elsewhere.

nevermind, issue came back this morning, doesn’t work again after trying the steps above.
Sending back and getting a refund, I think I might get another pair of Ear(1)'s. even though I got the Buds Pro to replace my old ones.
I’m going to attach images of both old Ear(1)'s and newer Buds Pro (which are now non-functional) just to illustrate what I"m dealing with.
