📋 Added a button on the screenshot and clipboard pop-up to directly paste content to a new conversation in ChatGPT.

    But the major camera issue.. the decade of loading time or the super duper slow post processing is still not resolve.

    On every restart the phone took 5 to 6 sec to stable and sometime. It hangs

      Yea, it’s quite tiring to hear negative remarks voices (Mine too, I’m owning up. Sorry. ). ..

      Touching on product feedback, senior coworker’s redraft review, office boss feedback, coach(es) corrections. .. I really really** would think correcting, improving a Big Glaring Minus area first and fast would take priority over a minor weakness. Are Nothing devs really listening to their customers’ telemetry or just picking off easy low-hanging “wins” (from who’s perspective … tsktsk)

      Well Well Well…this is a good update by Nothing compared to the previous update.

      Things which are fixed and newly introduced:

      1. 4K HDR playback in Youtube is running smoothly. Even phones like Oneplus Nord CE 4 and Motorola Edge 50 Pro fail to run 4K video in Youtube smoothly (right now).
      2. Quick Setting disable feature in LockScreen is really a great feature.
      3. ChatGPT widget for text and speech is quite good but for image you need an expensive Pro Subscription which is a let down. Google and Microsoft lets you to do that for free. Maybe a feature to choose your own language model of different vendors in future would be great but that is too much to ask right now.
      4. Color consistency in Ultrawide and Primary is fixed.
      5. Portrait pictures over exposure and edge detection is fixed to a great extent.

      Things which are not fixed or degraded in this new update:

      1. Lack of details in the UltraWide lens despite being 50 MP.

      2. What is wrong with the Primary Lens again? Previous two updates fixed the Lens Glare issue. Now same place same lighting condition same light source is producing extended lens flare in the both Primary lens and UltraWide. Just point it to a bulb or street lamp, and there it is..LENS FLARE again.

      3. How the hell did you mess up the above average night mode? It was good initially when the phone launched. But now the images are so blurry. With Night Mode off, the images are better. Please fix it.

        So, long story short, so far I can see LENS FLARE and NIGHT MODE are the only things which needs fixing .But these are important things for some people so PLEASE DONT IGNORE IT.

      For people shouting about long processing time, any smartphone which uses Google Photos as main gallery face this issue .From Google pixel(lower end ones) to Motorola to Nothing. So unless Nothing brings out their own gallery app I think this issue is not going away.

      BTW this is my first Nothing Phone, I am really impressed with the update policy. Especially with the effort by the company to fix issues rather than leave it as it is. Hope they continue this trend even after 4 / 5 years.

        Need nothing gallary genuinely and please fix the camera issue. I beg u.

        After 2.5.5a update camera issues-

        1. Selfie Camera : Fully blurry of front camera, over polished and face shape not recognised
        2. Back Camera : Lot of noise, Lens glare in both camera with night mode.

        Sarthakghike recently updated nothing os 2.5.5 but I didn’t see any difference in my nothing 2a

        the new chat gpt widget in which is coming in new update not showing in my nothing it’s any bug of other problem .

            After the update 2.5.5.a, the Battery Usage screen shows Blank. Is anyone else facing this issue?

              Sarthakghike - Make sure you have the ChatGPT app downloaded. Then the widgets shall be visible.

              Nexium - Your battery usage shall be reset after each software update. Also, please be aware that it shall take a few cycles of the battery to properly optimise again, so you may experience some odd drain until this optimisation is complete.

                    Ealesy101 ive never had battery dran issue after an update caused by optimizations. And i never charge my phone over night or longer after it reaches 100 percent. So why so many people have drain problems with this?
