Great thread. My personal favourite from the keynote is Math calculator. I wish i had that during my school days. Or may be not. I would have grown so dumb then. AI takeover incoming 😯

arpan2308 has this exact same though earlier. On one hand it’s a borderline miracle learning tool, but on the other hand when do I put the effort in to learn it myself.

Obviously these tools wouldn’t be allowed in exams but outside of that, just day to day, it’s almost like we don’t need to know anymore 🥲

Seems we also have our first peek of RCS support on iPhone. Green bubbles as expected, and very likely to not include the extra features available in iMessage, but at least it means typing indicators, high-resolution media sharing and end-to-end encryption.

When I had first heard about AI innovation, I wanted it to do all the boring stuff of my life. Like wash the dishes, take out the trash. So that I could focus my time on learning, creativity and family. I feel like companies are going in the opposite direction. Hope Nothing can do something different.

arpan2308 Yeah I’d rather learn maths myself instead of relying on the auto-calculation. Personally, this feature will promote more laziness and discourage zoomers from learning maths because technology has done it already for them.

Also for Mac users, you’ll now have the ability to snap windows much more easily into predefined areas of the screen. No more third party solutions (unless you want specific control) or having to press the green button on the window you want to position.

Bit crazy I know. This should have been implemented a long time ago. At least it’s available now.
