Since the last update in my Nothing phone 2a, I am getting delayed notifications in almost every app. Like sometimes my phone is in idle mode, and I will receive some notifications together, and I will check that the notifications came actually 10, 15 mins ago. Sometime in gmail and instagram I won’t get any notifications but after opening that app I will get all of the notifications together. This is seriously hampering my work as I use work apps in my phone. Please look into it.

In my nothing phone 2 a, while gaming, sometimes if the phone receives some notification, the game lags and drops frames for 1-2 minutes. any idea how to fix this?

RohithTony I even visited a service centre because I thought its a manufacturing issue with my device, they said they have to keep my device for 7 days to run checks/for a replacement which I couldn’t do at the moment. But after seeing other users also are facing this issue including Phone(2) users I think it could be a software issue.

Is this for Phone 2? I am facing this exact issue on Phone 2(a) some days after updating to 2.5.4(a) update. And I found some others users with this issue as well on reddit, I thought its a manufacturing issue with the device. But if its happening with Phone 2 as well after an update then it could be a software issue with Nothing OS.

M1st It hasn’t worked for me. I am stuck on this for almost 3 weeks.

I don’t know if this is a software issue or an issue with my unit or with Jio. In my Phone (2a) 5G was working perfectly after initial setup by calling Jio customer care. I also live in an area with great 5G coverage outside. But for last 3-4 days, my phone isn’t able to connect to 5G. When I am trying to select Jio True5G from manual network selection it is showing no network in the network bar and showing as Emergency calls only. Then after a few seconds 4G is coming fine. I have tried resetting the apn, I also called Jio customer care , they said everything is done from their side. Has anybody ever had a similar issue?

Yeah ofc SOT isn’t like this when I am outside and network is fluctuating constantly. Still doesn’t look bad to me. Maybe cause I am coming from previously using a 4500 mah phone? Still if I charge it in the morning and go to work, when I return home in the evening I mostly have atleast 40% left still.

Battery life is really great for me. This is the SOT I got.

I was at home the whole time, not traveling.

I had 120 hz on and location on.

Turned on battery saver at 20%.

It was medium usage with mostly content watching, and using social media apps, and almost 2 hrs of gaming.

1. Option to turn off the swipe down to open notification tiles when phone is locked.
2. Add a button beside brightness slider to enable/disable adaptive brightness.
