A feature to get a notification when the charging alarms ring to turn them off would be nice. Sometimes i cannot charge my phone instantly and i dont want to turn it off the sound completely because ill forget, but there should be a limit or some way to turn it off so it doesnt yell at you for 2 hours constantly.
Also it’d be nice to have the alarm follow do not disturb rules.
TurboAsh 100% with you. I feel betrayed, especially since they announced it so close just after buying the 2a. It really feels like they didnt finish cooking the 2a and now pushed the version they wanted.
Either release the phone you want, or dont at all. Dont release an unfinished product. Especially with such a minimal price difference i wouldve been ready to pay for.
And i dont care wether it is standard business practices or not, usually companies wait a year to release a new model. Even worse by the fact they literally just launched the cmf phone 1 a couple weeks ago. Nothing is loosing its appeal quickly with this one.
One big feature I’d like to see happen is USB webcam support. What i mean is being able to use the phone as a webcam via a USB connection. It is already a thing on Pixel devices and there seems to be native support on Android 14. I saw that people can enable it via a kernel edit even so itd be awesome if there was an option for it via NOS 3.0 :>
Personally, I’m rocking the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE and the bookcover keyboard case. It is just enough for me as an artist and student. I don’t do any intensive gaming, only once in a while, or much else on it. Lasts me a pretty good while. is fun and somewhat good customization, I even went as far to use KWGT to make my own styled home screen after my Phone (2a)!
(Using KWGT and Lawnicons on the default OneUI launcher. Handmade widgets, tho too lazy to make a weather widget so I made one for my college classes instead. It isnt perfect, but its good enough for an hour of work.)
Okay so I’ve been laying my eyes on the Nothing Ear (a), specifically the yellow one because they look beautiful. But then I’ve heard of the CMF Buds Pro for less than 50€. Spec wise they seem way similar so the price difference gets me a little confused. Does the Ear (a) offer anything that the CMF Buds don’t? I know about ChatGPT, but I’d never use it anyways. If anyone has used both and could tell me what they did notice, that would be awesome. Happy to hear from the community

I got the CMF Buds, am not regretting the purchase one bit! Listening to game soundtracks with that ultra bass is great !!!!!
