  • Market is very competitive now, as of now nothing has gave us not a single extraordinary thing as other brands are giving to their users.

    5 year OS update for nothing phone 2 would be a game changer for this brand by doing so nothing would still keep the game on and can easily compete with OnePlus 12 R and Samsung S23 FE.

    Stop justifying your glyph light by giving us useless updates because ur new updates and new features are not going to make your glyph trash anymore useful.

    Work on your camera software.

    Give us utilities features that is easy to understand and simple to use.

    Your new features should help every non techie person.

    Provide more useful features for school students, college students, for professionals.

    Make your UI super simple and minimalistic so that an old age person can also operates it without scratching their head.

    Last and most important thing USE AI as much as you can because if you don’t use it now then within 8 months your brand will be in coffin.

      Have been facing call quality issues since day 1. The voice was muffled and each and every person i called complained of unclear voice.

      for a day old earbuds, i mailed the support. Was given 5-7 points to check and after clarification of those things they asked to me visit the service center. i had to visit the service center and they made me sit for 5 hrs as they didn’t know what has to be done for such issues. After those long hours they finally accepted the product and applied for a replacement.

      Now, Replacement product is also not performing as claimed.

      I tried calling as well as recording my voice using the ear 2 in multiple environments. I have the samples of those where it feels i am just mumbling random things.

      In a day approximately 3hrs i use my earphones for calls and it is mostly the same set of people. Again while using the replacement they complained of muffled voice and i put up a mail in support. Its been a month purchasing the ear 2 and i havent used it for 1 full day. The support people are least bothered. There is no escalation matrix. No one to listen to complains or talk about the issues.

      Its a mistake to have purchased a product worth ₹9k, which is not backed up by any service or assurance of quality.

      kindly help me escalate the matter and get it to the right ears and find a resolution for me.
